About the Beneficiary
Kesar Jahan lives in Navi Mumbai with her family of five members. Her husband works as a wall painter, but his income is not stable. Some days he gets work, some days he does not. Kesar Jahan also does part-time household work to support the family. Despite their efforts, managing daily expenses, children’s education, and household needs is very difficult.
The Problem
The family did not have a ration card. Because of this:
